The cop who arrested a nurse in Utah after she refused to take a blood sample from an unconscious man had sexually harassed another police department employee, it has been revealed.
Salt Lake City Police Detective Jeff Payne, who is being investigated by the FBIfor his July 26 arrest of nurse Alex Wubbels, made “unwanted physical contact” with a female employee on multiple occasions, according to the police chief in a May 2013 letter obtained by the Salt Lake Tribune.
Payne can be seen dragging Wubbels out of the hospital as she screamed. Payne also sent a “disparaging email” that was “profane in its content” to the woman using official department accounts.
