Company Markets Stripper Pole to Little Girls (Video)

CONSERVATIVE TRIBUNE reports:

Want your kids to spend more time outside? Well, parents might consider buying their kids a basketball hoop or a jump rope.

One company has a different answer for something to get your little girls — an outdoor stripper pole.

In one of the most truly jaw-dropping advertisements we’ve yet seen for any piece of exercise equipment, Czech company Gympole — which bills itself on its website as makers of “professional pole dance equipment” showed the product being used by young girls. The company said it used young girls in the ad because it “wanted to promote juniors in pole sports as we think they are super talented.”

The truly jaw-dropping clip, set to sunny music, has gained a lot of attention from angry parents who feel, quite rightly, that pole dancing is absolutely inappropriate for children.

“Finding it hard to let go of that pole when traveling, taking trips, or during your holiday? Active pole may just be the right solution for you. Do you have a favorite spot in the forest, meadow, or on the shore of a lake and thought to yourself that putting up a pole there would be impossible?” the company’s website says.

“Think again! Prop the pole on your shoulder and off you go to explore off-the-beaten path spots. No more carrying heavy stages! All you need is to find a spot with clay soil, give the Active pole a few turns and watch the magic happen in the least likely of places.”

Finally, your kids can do something horribly inappropriate outdoors! And starting at only $965! Needless to say, the video stirred up a lot of debate…
