One of Obama's Released Gitmo Terrorists Arrested On Plot To Recruit MORE Terrorists

Police from Spain and Morocco working a joint investigation said they arrested four suspects they believe are tied to ISIS, one of whom who was at one time a detainee of Guantanamo Bay.

The ex-Gitmo man wasn’t named, but was described by Spanish officials as “a leader who was trained in handling weapons, explosives and in military tactics,” the Associated Press reported.

He was reportedly captured in Afghanistan in 2002 and sent to Guantanamo. In 2004, he was sent back to Spain, said Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez, in the AP piece.

Fernandez said another of the four arrested was the brother of a militant who died during a suicide bombing in Syria, and who was “inclined to do the same thing,” he said, AP reported.
