Walmart Will No Longer Be Selling These Weapons in their Stores

By Maegan Vazques for IJReview

It wasn’t politics that made Walmart decide to stop stocking these controversial items in their stores: It was just slow sales.

The world’s largest retailer announced this week that it would no longer be stocking certain AR-15 rifles, some shotguns, and other high-powered rifles in its stores. A representative told Quartz that Walmart will be replacing its AR-15 and MSR products “with shotguns and other hunting weapons.”
