VIDEO: CNN Reporter Goes Rogue, DESTROYS Obama at International Press Conference
(Conservative Tribune) -- The mainstream media has notoriously protected President Barack Obama from criticism and tough questions about his failed policies, but with the growing concern over the Islamic State group, it seems as though some members of the media have begun pushing back — finally.
Obama recently spoke about the situation at the G-20 Summit in Antalya, Turkey, and CNN reporter Jim Acosta had some critical and blunt questions for the president.
Acosta first called Obama out on the president’s description of the Islamic State group as a “JV team” that has now “evolved into a force” with strongholds in Iraq and Syria.
Acosta continued his criticism by suggesting that Obama has underestimating the Islamic State group’s capabilities. Noting that the group has launched attacks in other parts of the world, like the recent massacre in Paris, Acosta asked: “How is that ‘contained’, quite frankly?”
The reporter concluded his question by summing up the feelings of thousands of Americans. “I guess the question is, and if you’ll forgive the language, is why can’t we take out these bastards?” he asked.
Obama, who has likely become accustomed to the media’s coddling, was visibly annoyed that his “allies” (aka: reporters) were pushing back on his usual rhetoric.
In obvious frustration, the president replied, “Well, Jim, I just spent the last three questions answering that very question, so I don’t know what more you want me to add.”
He went on to give vague generalities of what types of things produce extremism and accuse the reporters of wanting a “neat headline,” and — in true form — never actually answered Acosta’s question.
There was no talk of his underestimation of the Islamic State group. He doesn’t explain why he said the group was contained. And he certainly didn’t answer why we can’t “take out these bastards.”

But, then again, who’s really surprised? The king of failed policy has no answers about said failed policy. It’s just another day in the Obama administration.
