U.S. Army Captain Beaten To Near Death… Here’s Why Media Isn’t Saying A Word
One of the most infuriating things about the progressive mainstream media is that it selectively reports only stories that fit their preferred narratives.
Take for example the story of an Army captain and combat veteran being beaten nearly to death by a gang ofthugs in Kansas City a couple of weeks ago that has only been reported on by local media, with nary a mention by national news.
According to KTVI, the off-duty and out-of-uniform officer who was stationed at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas had met some friends at a Mexican restaurant in the city to have a couple drinks with dinner.
Unfortunately, the white officer accidentally bumped into a black man who apparently took great exception to being touched and tried to start a fight but was ultimately thrown out of the restaurant by the staff.
Thinking everything was over, the officer continued to enjoy his evening out with friends, but was in for quite a surprise when he left the restaurant later that night.
Waiting outside for him was the gang of thugs he had encountered earlier. One of them suckerpunched him, sending him to the ground, leading to the rest of the gang punching and kicking him as he lay prone.
Though the officer’s friends attempted to rush to his aid, they were also assaulted by the gang, who then fled once they realized the police had been called.
All of the men required some medical attention from responding paramedics, with the captain being transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of broken bones, a fractured skull, possible optic nerve damage and significant blood loss.
Police know the name of the main assailant in the gang, as he had left his debit card at the restaurant when he was thrown out, but no arrests have been made yet.
