The suspects targeted an office Christmas party in a conference room, according to local media.

San Bernardino Sheriff's Office told Sky News the attack took place at the Inland Regional Center, a facility for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Spokeswoman Teri Adams said witnesses reported that up to three men in military gear carried out the attack.

The suspects are believed to have fled in a black SUV.
