San Bernardino Families Sickened By John Kerry's Description Of Terror Attack
Secretary of State John Kerry horrified Californian families when he described radical Islamic terror as a “nuisance” in Rolling Stone magazine.
Kerry told Rolling Stone during a November interview that “defeating” the Islamic State group will be “like Al Qaeda — you reduce it to a nuisance, where it’s not a daily threat.”
Great. So as long as 14 Americans are murdered and 21 wounded in mass shootings on something less than a daily basis, apparently John Kerry is good with it.
And a daily threat to whom? Just yesterday, Reuters reported that Al Qaeda militants had taken control of two towns in southern Yemen. Try telling the Yemenis living there that they’ve just been conquered by a nuisance.
Meanwhile, the Islamic State group is and has been for some time a daily threat. Kerry and President Barack Obama, who expressed a similar sentiment back in September 2014, want to pretend that the Islamic State is not a real threat. The radical jihadis are really just children throwing a tantrum.
Well, check the death toll. That tantrum has caused the senseless loss of countless innocent lives. Obama stated in his mirrored statement that the United States is “going to degrade and ultimately defeat ISIL the same way we have gone after Al Qaeda.”
