The radical group of Islamic State (ISIS) has brutally executed two Syrian men in the eastern province of Deir ez-Zor, throwing them off a roof on charges of “committing buggery”, local activists reported on Tuesday.
Speaking to ARA News in Deir ez-Zor, civil rights activist R. M. confirmed that ISIS radicals have thrown two men off the roof of the Hikma hospital’s building in Deir ez-Zor, on charges of “homosexuality and sodomy”.
“One of them was identified as Shadi from the city of al-Asharah, and the other one was named Ibrahim from the village of Maizilah,” the source said under the condition of anonymity.
“The two young men were allegedly a gay couple.”
“The brutal execution took place in front of a crowd of people in central Deir ez-Zor, watching the victims being thrown off the building,” the source added.
