Fake Story? "Yoko Ono Admitted Affair with Hillary Clinton in 1970s"...

A news story claims that Yoko Ono admitted to having an affair with Hillary Clinton in the 1970’s.

Phony News

The fake story reports that Yoko Ono “shocked reporters” by answering a question about Hillary Clinton’s run for the White House, stating that they had an affair in the 1970’s.

The story, however, is completely fictional. It was published by the “satire” website World News Daily Report. This site is known to publish outlandish stories which are often shared heavily on social media by those who do not question the source.

Again, the story about Yoko Ono admitting to having an affair with Hillary Clinton is not true.

World News Daily Report

At the top of every World News Daily Report page, there is a ‘Disclaimer’ link. Following this link leads readers to a clause which informs them that the site is satirical. A quote from the disclaimer clause reads, “All news articles contained within worldnewsdailyreport.com are fiction, and presumably fake news.”

Conclusion

Yoko Ono did not admit to having an affair with Hillary Clinton in the 1970’s. This fake report was published by the “satire” website World News Daily Report.
