Burger King Employee Absolutely Loses It After She Doesn’t Want Customer to ‘Have It Her Way’

A customer at a Burger King in Lake Charles, Louisiana, wasn’t happy with her shake, so she approached the counter Tuesday and asked for a refund.

And her cellphone camera was rolling.

After four separate requests to speak to a manager, the customer finally got an employee’s attention. She then asked for a refund.

“Baby, you’re about to get it,” the employee was heard saying. “Just wait. You’re gonna get your s**t.”

“You’re cursing,” the flabbergasted customer replied. “Are you serious? Are you serious?”

“You cannot treat people like this, this is your job,” the customer continued. “Are you for real?”

“No, I’m fake,” the employee responded.

“I don’t know what happened to you today. You handed me soft serve ice cream and then gave me some garbage and I’m not going to eat it,” the customer explained. “And you’re rude.”

“I don’t give a f***, go ahead,” the employee shot back.

“Bitch, I …” the employee said before cutting off her commentary.

She then walked from behind the counter and approached the customer on the main floor.

“Do not touch me,” the customer said.

“Take my picture,” the employee told her repeatedly.

“I’m making sure that I’m going to be safe whenever I walk out of here,” the customer told the employee, who was just a couple of feet away.

“What you mean?” the employee hollered. “Go! Bye! I don’t give a f***. She trippin’.”

Another Burger King employee was seen on camera approaching the employee in an apparent attempt to calm her down — but to no avail.

“This place is getting shut down,” the customer said. “I’ll do whatever I can.”

That seemed to set off the employee even more, who apparently started getting physical.

“Get off of my foot,” the customer demanded. “This is assault. I’m calling the cops.”

“You wanna get slapped?” the employee replied. “You wanna get slapped?”

The recording then came to a stop.

Burger King told TheBlaze Thursday that the employee has been fired. Here’s the company’s statement:

We are aware of the video posted on Facebook. Guest satisfaction and service are of the highest priority to everyone at BURGER KING(R) restaurants. The franchisee that owns and operates this restaurant has terminated the employee involved and has reached out to the guest directly.
