RIGHT NOW -- At least 2 Paris-bound flights originating in the US have been forced to land due to 'very serious' bomb threats -- Flights diverted to Salt Lake City and Nova Scotia

SALT LAKE CITY — An Air France Airbus A-380 was diverted to the Salt Lake City International airport after receiving a bomb threat Tuesday evening, airport officials said.

Air France flight 65 departed Los Angeles and was headed for France when the threat came in. The plane landed in Salt Lake City around 7:30 p.m. Passengers are getting off the plane as the FBI and airport police investigate. The investigation is expected to last a few hours.

There plane was carrying 497 passengers.

Officials do not know who made the call for the bomb threat or where it came from.
